the classic disco album 'diana' (1980) produced, written, arranged & conducted by Nile Rodgers & Bernard Edwards of the CHIC Organization. A CHIC album in all but name, and that was too much for the diva, she took the mastertapes and had Motown remix the album enhancing her vocals. The result was still a hit, but ever since then every CHIC fan has wondered how the original vision sounded. Something that was finally resolved in August of 2003 when the original CHIC mix were released. |
