1978. Here we see Norma Jean Wright (original CHIC lead
vocal) and the new addition Luci Martin, together with Nile, Bernard and
Tony Thompson as well as Raymond Jones on keyboards. Norma Jean was later
forced by contractual circumstances to leave the group sometime around mid-year
1978. She went on to a solo career, the first selftitled, and CHIC produced,
album generated classic club hits such as 'Saturday'
& 'Sorcerer.' Dancex3 is
CHIC's first hit (Billboard: POP#6, Black#6, Disco#1) and the second song
Nile and Bernard ever wrote as CHIC. Thanks to Jow
